Proof of service for commercial cleaning
Your clients stop asking whether the work got done. They can see it.
Every shift arrives in your client's own portal with geofenced clock times and the photos that prove it. Nobody writes it up. The work is the record.
Built for commercial cleaning and janitorial contractors. Unlimited crew members on every plan.
The rule
Most software records what somebody says happened. Premisa refuses to.
A shift cannot be reported to your client as complete until the evidence for it exists. Not a reminder, not a report filled in the next morning. If the photos are not in, the shift stays open, and the client's portal does not show it as done. That rule applies to the office too.
What happens every night
Three things, in this order
01
The punch carries proof
Crew clocks in at the site on their own phone. The punch carries the location and the time with it, so arrival is a fact rather than a claim.
02
The photo is the task
Each required photo attaches to the item it proves. The checklist is not finished until they are in, and the crew can see exactly what is missing.
03
The shift closes itself
When the last piece of evidence lands, the shift completes on its own and the client report is built from what actually came in.
What that changes
For you, in the first week
Disputes end in thirty seconds. Open the night in question and show the times and the photos.
Your mornings come back. Supervisors stop reconstructing what happened at 2am.
Nothing reaches your client that you would not want them reading. Incomplete work stays incomplete.
Renewals argue for themselves. The property manager has a record they can take upstairs.
Built for how you run
Night work, cheap phones, no signal
Unlimited crew. Priced by active site, so hiring never costs you more.
Works with no signal. And it says plainly when something has not reached the office yet, instead of pretending it sent.
Spanish crew app. The whole crew side, not a translated menu.
A site goes live in a night. Not an implementation project.

Premisa is new, and I will tell you so on the call.
It is built by someone who runs trucks and job sites, not by a committee. The first operators on it get my cell number and a say in what gets built next. If that is the wrong trade for you right now, I would rather hear it in twelve minutes than in three months.

Twelve minutes, screen share. Bring the account that gives you the most grief.
